Shipping policy

Production Time All orders are custom-made to order. Standard production time is 14–18 business days from the date of order confirmation. This time is required to manufacture your product to the specifications selected at checkout.

Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Total Estimated Lead Time Please allow approximately 18–27 business days from order placement to delivery under normal circumstances.

Production Delays Due to Customer Changes We are not responsible for production delays caused by customer-initiated changes after an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to:

  • Stitching color
  • Material or leather type
  • Wheel diameter or grip options
  • Any other customization options

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once production has begun, and any approved changes may reset the production timeline.

Quality Control Delays Every steering wheel undergoes a quality control inspection before shipment. In rare cases where a product does not pass our quality standards, we will notify you in advance of any delay and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We do not ship products that fail our quality control process.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
