  •  1-Year Warranty

    • We take pride in having an issue rate of less than 1 in 100 steering wheels. So, we like to speak with confidence when we say - we’ve got your back for a whole year against any (extremely rare) manufacturing gremlins.
  •  We Have a Process

    If you believe you have an issue that is warranty related, please contact us, via email or instagram so we can keep a record.

    • We will have our technician take a look at the photos, videos, or explanation of the issue you have.
    • If it is apparent to us there is a defect without having to physically inspect the product, we will take care of you right then and there.
    • In case it is an issue that requires us seeing / testing / confirming in person before making a decision, we will ask you to ship it back to RP HQ. Our lead tech will take a microscope to it and decide what kind of repair or replacement is needed.
    • Please understand that frivolous warranty claims are taken extremely seriously and have repercussions. Such claims drive up cost for us, and consequently - for all our good customers like yourself… and we don’t want that - do we?
