1. Component Sourcing & Preparation (3-5 Business Days)
The process begins once we receive your order and confirmed vehicle information. We source the required OEM steering wheel core and any additional authentic components specific to your build. For most models, this procurement phase takes 3-5 business days. Please note, timelines for exceptionally rare or vintage models may vary, and we will communicate this proactively if needed.

2. Custom Manufacturing & Craftsmanship (14-18 Business Days)
This is the heart of the process, where your vision becomes a reality. The production timeframe is influenced by the design's complexity, selected materials (e.g., carbon fiber, leather, Alcantara), and the number of integrated options (e.g., LED displays, heating elements, custom stitching). Our craftsmen dedicate significant attention to detail in reshaping, wrapping, and assembling each wheel. On average, this bespoke manufacturing stage takes 14-18 business days.

3. Global Shipping & Delivery (4-7 Business Days)
Once your steering wheel has passed our rigorous final quality inspection, it is carefully packaged and dispatched. We ship worldwide via reliable courier services. The transit time to your location typically ranges from 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
